Now I hear it is a ""grounding technique" that's supposed to help you somehow, when then I couldn't get lower than that on how I was feeling. I don't want to forget that time, but I was feeling so sad and alone, nobody to comfort me. She doesn't really mean it when she says she wishes it hurts? I hope she doesn't.  Feeling hurt is not better than feeling nothing. I feel "seen"?, but much to late than I needed it.
